The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 16.01.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 27/2024 in so far as it does not grant any interim relief in favour of the petitioner.

submits that though he does not press the present petition, taking into account, that the learned Tribunal has already directed that appointments, if any, made pursuant to the result notification issued on 24.12.2023, will remain subject to the outcome of the aforesaid O.A. filed by the petitioners, the respondents, may be directed to incorporate this condition in the joining letters of all selected candidates so that they are made aware that their appointment is subject to the outcome of O.A. No. 27/2024.

We find this prayer of the petitioner to be reasonable and well founded. Accordingly, while dismissing the present writ petition as not pressed, we direct the respondents to ensure that all the selected candidates are informed that their appointments in terms of the result notification dated 24.12.2023 would be subject to the outcome of O.A. 27/2024.
