Respondent nos. 2 and 3 has filed a short affidavit indicating the administrative contingency due to which disposal of the appeal may not be conducted before three months from today.

Ms. Chopra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statutory appeal was filed way back in the year 2020, and yet even after passage of four years, the appeal stands as it is and without even having been heard even once.

Keeping in view the administrative difficulties and the exigencies mentioned in the short affidavit of respondent nos. 2 and 3, this Court is of the considered opinion that the appeal dated
