The Petitioner alleges that certain land mafia have grabbed the public way i.e. phirni road from Khera Khurd to Holambi Kalan in Khasra No. 70 and Public Road in Khasra No. 73 running from Bhaiya Dada to Shiv Sakti Mandir in Holambi Khurd and amalgamating the same in their private property and are constructing illegal colonies.

To this effect, the Petitioner has also submitted a complaint dated 10^th July, 2024 to the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate requesting for his intervention to stop the illegal encroachment, but to no avail.

Considering the above, in the opinion of the Court, in terms of the directions issued by the Division Bench in Devender v. GNCTD¹ and in

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a liberty to the Petitioner to raise their grievances before the STF by filing an appropriate representation narrating their grievance. The STF shall consider the same in accordance with law.
