After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider his request for home sector posting in the next chain transfer scheduled in for January 2025. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this limited request.

In the light of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit to the respondents a representation within six weeks seeking home sector posting in next chain transfer postings
