No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner even on second call. On the last occasions also i.e. 8th May, 2023, 31st August, 2023 and 1st February, 2024, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this matter any further.
Accordingly, the petition alongwith pending application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
