“(a) A sum of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs only) which has already been paid by the second party to the first party in the month of November 2019 via bank transfer shall be treated as the “First Instalment”.
(b) A sum of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs only) shall be paid by the second party to the First party on or before 30th April, 2019, via bank transfer or a demand draft, which shall be treated as the “second instalment”.
(c) The remaining amount of Rs. 87,75,000/- (Rupees Eighty
Seven Lakhs Seventy Five Thousands only) shall be paid by the second party to the First party at the time of recording of statement of the First party before the Hon’ble High Court in the petition for quashing of FIR No. 265/2009 in the form of a demand draft in the name of the First party. The second party undertakes to pay the aforesaid third and final settlement on or before 31st August, 2019.”
