Vide order dated 05.02.2019, the Hon’ble Court has inter alia directed as under:-
“The sum of Rs.12.5 lakhs which is lying deposited in this Court, along with any interest, if any, accrued thereon, be released in favour of Mr. Narender Singh (after deducting TDS, if any).
As per record, an amount of Rs.12,50,000/- has been deposited in this case and the same is lying in FDR.
