- Fresh Status Report has been filed in the present case which encloses therewith a certificate dated 04.01.2019, issued by Dr. Suchay Parikh, Piplod Hospital, Surat, certifying inter alia that Mr. Ram Das Mishra, aged 79 years, is suffering from advance parkinson’s disease, is bed ridden and has some difficulty in speaking and discharging his daily activities. Therefore, he has been advised to avoid travel.

- Now that the petitioner is aware about the whereabouts of her husband and she has travelled to Surat and met him, we are of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed on the present petition.
