The present leave petition has been filed challenging the judgment dated 15.12.2018 passed by Additional Sessions Judge (North-West), Special Court, POCSO, Rohini District Courts whereby the respondents have been acquitted under Sections 376/506 IPC as well as Section 6/21 of POCSO Act.
After having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that it is a fit case where leave ought to be granted to the State to challenge the impugned judgment. Ordered accordingly.
