Present writ of habeas corpus has been filed seeking production of Ms. Neha Verma before this Court.
In pursuance to the order dated 10.07.2019, Ms.Neha Verma has been produced before this Court. We have spoken to the petitioner as well as Ms.Neha Verma in our Chambers.
After the meeting, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner who is personally present, states that he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition. He further undertakes before this Court that the petitioner shall not contact Ms.Neha Verma in future.
In view of the aforesaid statement, Ms.Neha Verma and her father, Radhey Shyam Verma, the respondent no.4, who are present in person, state
that they do not want any action to be taken by the police on their complaint against the petitioner.
The statements given by both the petitioner as well as the respondent no.4 and Ms. Neha Verma, are accepted by this Court and the parties are bound by the same.
According, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
