Mr. M.S.Oberoi, Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that petitioner has not complied with the last order and did not join the investigation despite directions.
None appears on behalf of petitioner even on the second call.
It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing these
applications.
Accordingly, both the applications are dismissed in default.
