Further to the order dated 18th December, 2018, learned counsels for the parties submit that they are agreeable for a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed to adjudicate the disputes which have arisen in the present petition.
Accordingly, Justice Dipak Misra , former Chief Justice of India (R/o 97, Sukhdev Vihar, Ground Floor, New Delhi-110025) , is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes in this matter. The arbitration shall be conducted under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the Rules framed therein.
