- The petitioner is seeking appointment of an arbitrator under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The arbitration agreement is contained in Clause 15 of the partnership deed dated 06th June, 2012 which is reproduced in para 6 of the petition.
- The petitioner invoked the arbitration agreement vide notice dated 15th September, 2018 which was replied by the respondent on 20th September, 2018.
- Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the appointment of an independent arbitrator by this Court.
