Singhdev, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2/Medical Council of India states that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, in view of the circumstance that the last date for admission to the MBBS Course for the 2018-2019 session, elapsed on the 31st August, 2018.
Be that as it may, since none appears on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
