On the last date of hearing, this Court had passed the following

“1. Mr. Kush Sharma, learned counsel for the Vijaya Bank states that the concerned Regional Office has been approached for taking further action with the ROC. According to him, needful will be done within 2 weeks as an outer limit. On the correction of the record of CIBIL Ltd. Mr. Mehra, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that a data correction form has to be sent to the CIBIL Ltd. through online for making necessary correction, for which Mr. Sharma says that necessary action shall be taken within 2 weeks. The said submission is taken on record.

2. In other words, two grievances of the petitioner shall be answered within two weeks as an outer limit.

3. Renotify on 09.07.2019.”

Mr. Mehra, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners state that the action with regard to ROC has been complied with by the respondent no.1. He states that with regard to the correction of the record of CIBIL necessary information has been sent by the bank to CIBIL but that is with regard to petitioner no.1. He states that the relevant information with regard to the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 need to be sent by the bank to CIBIL.

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 states that he has taken instructions, inadvertently information with regard to petitioner nos. 2 and 3 could not be sent. He states that further necessary steps by rectifying earlier form shall be taken within a period of 15 days as an outer limit.

Mr. Sahil Singh appearing for respondent no.2 states that on receipt of corrected form from the respondent no.1 (now Bank of Baroda), necessary action shall be taken within 30 days thereafter as an outer limit. This statement is taken on record. The writ petition is disposed of.

If the action is not taken within the time indicated above, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an application for reviving the writ petition.
