Status Report has been filed. As per the Status Report, investigation in FIR No.38/2018 registered at PS Naraina for offences punishable under Sections 326B/452/34 IPC has since been transferred to DIU West. As per the Status Report, the CCTV footage of the camera placed on the lane of the complainant has already been received and the same is being analyzed.
In view of the facts noted in the Status Report, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition as well as the application with liberty to take remedies later on, if required. Leave and liberty granted.
Petition and application are disposed of as withdrawn.
