It is submitted that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have finally settled all their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 11th September, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 268/11 under Sections 323/325/34 IPC registered at police station Jagat Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are relatives of petitioner no. 1.
Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Praveen Chauhan of police station Jagat Puri. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners before the
