Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 7th March, 2018 passed by the Trial Court whereby Manager, Fortune Inn Riviera, Jammu, Mr.Manish Taneja and Priest Mr. Mohan Lal Sharma were permitted to be summoned for their examination; besides them prosecutrix was also recalled for her further examination-in-chief. It is pointed out that the priest has already been examined and discharged; examination in chief of the Manager, Fortune Inn Riviera is also complete and his cross examination is deferred, inasmuch as prosecutrix is also in the witness box.
As regards, Manish Taneja, during the course of hearing, he has been given up by the learned counsel for the respondent no.2, on
instructions of respondent no.2.
