By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground of filing SLP and maintaining social ties and also challenges the communication dated 6th December, 2017 rejecting his application of parole on the ground that it may harm the victim/witness, adversely affect the law and order/security situation in the area and jump parole, if released.
On a notice being issued a Status Report has been filed. As per the Status Report, family of the petitioner comprising of his mother and younger brother are residing at H.No.47/19, Khatik Mohalla, Rajpura Gud Mandi, Delhi whereas his elder brother Akash, who is married, is residing with his wife in Pujabi Basti.
