On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant had sought time to examine whether the appellant-bank can file a writ petition or an appeal against the orders passed under Sections 7, 7A and 7Q of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.
Today, learned counsel for the appellant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of his clients to seek legal recourse against order dated 19.02.2008 passed by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Delhi (South).
