After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition and the accompanying applications as the petitioners are ready to vacate the premises in compliance with the eviction order passed by the Additional Rent Controller, which stands confirmed by the Rent Control Tribunal, which was sought to be impugned by the petition at hand.
The petition and the applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
