After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner, who is decree holder before the executing Court, the order passed whereby on 17.10.2017 is impugned by the petition at hand, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and instead move an appropriate application under Section 152 C.P.C. for pointing out the errors in the calculation and seeks necessary directions from the executing court.
The petition with accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted.
