- The petitioner has filed an execution petition seeking execution of the order dated 15th March, 2012 passed by the Guardian Judge in G.P. No.148/2006 which is pending before the Guardian Judge and listed on 21st March, 2018. The petitioner is seeking expeditious hearing and disposal of the execution petition.
- Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 15th March, 2012 has been modified by this Court vide order dated 22nd May, 2014 in FAO No.163/2012 and order dated 25th September, 2014 in Criminal Rev. Pet. 277/2013 and 334/2013.
- Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is not delaying the hearing and disposal of the petition. It is further submitted that the respondent shall not seek any adjournment before the Guardian Judge on 21st March, 2018.
