been opined to be grievous in nature. The reason for quarrel was on the distribution of amount of donation of Jagran on account of which initially verbal exchange of words took place at 10.00 AM however, at 11.40 AM when Shiv Kumar was allegedly sitting at a Chabutra, Ramu and Gangu who were residents of Katra came to him and started quarrelling. It is thereafter that the entire brawl took place between the two parties.
