the scooty. Scooty was recovered from Sagarpur area. As the complainant suspected one of his employee Ravi Kumar, Ravi Kumar and the three accused who were present at the spot namely, Manoj Kumar, Deepak Kashyap and Ashish Kumar the present petitioner were arrested. Ashish Kumar was arrested on 11th May, 2017 from Rajapuri Road and recovery of ₹4.95 lakhs was made from the possession of all the accused. Even the weapon of offence (pistol) was recovered at the instance of the present petitioner. During the course of investigation, TIP proceedings were initiated however the petitioner refused to join the TIP proceedings.
