Learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for complainant submit that the matter has been settled between petitioner and complainant before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 5th October, 2018.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between petitioner and complainant before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti .
