On the repeated asking of the complainanthe was never made a partner/directorin the company/firm]\i/s Chintpumi EngineeringWorks Pvt. Ltd. in which the money was invested.Laterthe complainantreceiveda legal noticedated 16^'' November,'2015 from Axis bank seeking payment of interest overdue amount of ^3,75,146.95 along with pendentelite and future interest w.e.f. 31^^ August, 2015. The bank also directed all the addresseesto regularise the accountas per sanctionterms. On again approachingRajeev Aggarwal he assured that he .would repay the entire loan arnount of bank and get the title deeds pertainingto the propertyof the complainantreleased. However, despite repeated assurances .Rajeev Aggarwal failed to honour his commitment. Later the complainantreceiveda notice from Debt Recovery Tribunal, Lucknow wherein Axis Bank had filed a suit for recovery of ^1,53,595 crores along with interest @15% by getting the order for sale of property of the complainant.
