This application is for corrections in the order dated 15.1.2018, which are as follows:
(a) in para 2(g) and para 8 wherein the date of 01.10.2017 and 01.07.2017 respectively has been mentioned instead of 01.06.2017; (b) in para 13 at page No.9 in lines No.5 & 9 from top wherein respondents has been mentioned instead of petitioners/appellants; (c) in para 20 at page No.11 in line No.3 & 9 from top wherein respondents has been mentioned instead of petitioners/appellants ; (d) in para 23 at page No.14 in line No.3 & 5 from top wherein respondents has been mentioned instead of petitioners/appellants ; (e) in para 26 at page No.16 in line No.6 from top wherein respondents has been mentioned instead of petitioners/appellants ; and
(f) in OMP(ENF) (COMM.) No.143/2017 wherein the word ‘Reliance
Communication Ltd.’ has been mentioned instead of ‘judgment debtors No.1 and 2’.
The above corrections are allowed and hence the judgment dated 15.01.2018 be read with said corrections.
The application stands disposed of.
