The petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 06.07.2017 vide which the response of the petitioner qua the Nonconfirmity (NC) raised by the respondent, has not been accepted and consequently the application of the petitioner seeking accreditation has been rejected.
At this stage, learned counsels for the parties point out that this issue has been examined by a Division Bench of this Court and vide order dated 14.11.2017 passed in LPA No.515/2017, statement of respondent no.1 (DGT) has been taken on record whereby the Division Bench has been informed that a Committee had been formed by the respondent No.1/DGT, which committee is examining the pending 663 applications of various institutes. Learned counsel for
the respondent submits that the application (Application No.A16000847) of the petitioner institute also figures in the aforesaid 663 applications and the same would be dealt with by the respondent No.1 as per the aforesaid order of the Division Bench.
In view of the aforesaid statement by the learned counsel for the parties, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition.
The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
