Though vide order dated 27th February, 2018, learned senior counsel for the petitioner had sought time to move an application for amendment, today, Mr.Ahuja, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of amending the present petition, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take legal recourse as permissible under law. Liberty as prayed for, is granted.
The petition and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
