“a. direct the respondents no.l to 3 to consider the complaints dated 12.12.2014, 28-07-2015 and 28.03.2016 and after concluding the thorough enquiry, pass a speaking order in accordance with law in the light of provision made in Central Vigilance Commission Act, 2003, vigilance manuals and service rules and further direct the respondents no.l to 3 to provide a copy of complete enquiry report to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.
b direct the respondents No. 1 to 3 to hold enquiry or investigation on the complaints dated 12.12.2014, 28.07.2015
and 28.03.2016 and after concluding the enquiry /investigation preferably within the period of 3 months, duly provide a copy of complete enquiry/investigation report to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
