directed to recalculate and modify the order regarding penalty in the light of observations made by the Tribunal in the impugned order, Mr. Shellen Bajaj, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the SDMC states, the action in terms of the impugned
order shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner within six weeks.
In view of the statements made, the petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
