Petitioners in the above-captioned two petitions seek implementation of orders of 14^th February, 2013 and 18^th February, 2013 vide which respondent-School has been directed to implement 6^th Pay Commission’s Recommendations in terms of order of 11^th February, 2009 of respondent- Directorate of Education .

Since the subject matter in the above-captioned two petitions is identical, therefore, they are taken up for hearing together and by this common order, they are being disposed of.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that despite legal notice of 4^th September, 2017 sent on behalf of petitioner to respondents, there is no compliance of the orders of 14^th February, 2013 and 18^th February, 2013.

Despite service of advance notice, none appears on behalf respondent-School.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of these petitions with direction to respondents to pass a speaking order on petitioners’ Legal Notice of 4^th September, 2017 while treating it to be Representations, within a period of six weeks from today, if not already done, and its fate be conveyed to petitioners within a week thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, these petitions are disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for petitioners.
