(i) Respondent no.3 will pass a fresh order after granting personal hearing to the petitioner.
(ii) In case the final determination made by respondent no.3 is adverse to his interest, it will not be given effect to for a period of two weeks from the date of service of the order upon him.
(iii) Furthermore, pending adjudication by respondent no.3, interim order dated 21.2.2018 shall continue to operate.
