Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the letter dated 20.12.2017 issued by respondent no.2, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition.
Upon the petitioner fulfilling the conditions mentioned in the aforesaid letter dated 20.12.2017, it is expected that the respondent no.2 will take expeditious steps in accordance with its aforesaid communication.
Leave to withdraw the writ petition is granted and the same is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending application also stands disposed of.
