Accordingly, this writ petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
At this stage, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the policy of 2017 has not been furnished to him by the respondent. Accordingly, I hereby direct the respondent No. 2 to furnish the copy of policy of 2017 to the counsel for the petitioner within one week from today.
