He hands over a copy of the Deed of Settlement dated 17.12.2016 executed between the appellant and the respondent, wherein the appellant/defendant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,73,000/- to the respondent/plaintiff towards the satisfaction to the impugned judgment and decree.
