Since the valuation of the suit premises is below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, the present suit is directed to be transferred to the District Courts, Dwarka in view of this Court’s Notification No.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24th November, 2015.
The parties are directed to appear before the District Judge, Dwarka Courts on 30th October, 2017. The District Judge shall mark the matter to the appropriate Court.
