Both the sides submits that subject matter of the suit has been amicably resolved vide Settlement Agreement of 2nd May, 2017.
Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that in terms of aforesaid Settlement Agreement, the amended memo of parties would be filed during the course of the day.
It is submitted by both the sides that aforesaid Settlement Agreement has been acted upon and so, this suit be disposed of in terms thereof.
In view of the aforesaid, the suit and application stand disposed of in terms of aforesaid Settlement Agreement of 2nd May, 2017.
