The present application seeks review/recall of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court cromprising HMJ Vipin Sanghi and HMJ Deepa Sharma on 8th May, 2017, disposing off the accompanying petition.
In view of the foregoing, it would be appropriate, if the application is listed before the same Bench for hearing and disposal.
List this application before the said Bench for directions on Friday i.e. 14th July, 2017, in the first instance, subject to and after obtaining necessary orders of Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice.
