- The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning the order of the Authorization Committee rejecting the petitioner’s request for kidney transplantation.
- It is seen that the said order is appealable under Section 17 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994; accordingly, the said petition and application are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedies under the said Act.
