Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition submitting that the petitioners had sought calling of the strike by the respondents no. 1 to 7 against the merger of the associated banks of the petitioners, which merger has already taken place w.e.f. 01.04.2017.
The W.P.(C) 5883/2016 and its accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn having become infructuous.
