It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that the CGIT is now functional qua which it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the office of the CGIT is yet to be set up.
Interim order dated 30.06.2017 is extended till the application for stay filed by the petitioner before the Employees’ Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal is taken up for the hearing.
No further order is necessitated and the W.P.(C) 5392/2017 is disposed of.
Copy of the order be given dasti to the either side, as prayed.
