Case file taken up today pursuant to order dated 08.09.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 27.07.2016 of learned District and Sessions Judge (South), where it is mentioned that defendant no.1 is situated at Greater Noida and defendant no.2 is situated at Lodhi Road and none of them are situated within the jurisdiction of South District and the area of Lodhi Road falls within the jurisdiction of South East District. Accordingly the ministerial order dated 25.01.2016 for transfer of the present matter to South District, Saket Court, is modified.
In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, South East District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi on 23.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
