Case file has been taken up pursuant to order dated 09.09.2016 of learned Registrar (original) as the same was received back vide order dated 24.08.2016 of learned District and Sessions Judge South, Saket Court, wherein it is mentioned that jurisdiction of the present matter is lies in New Delhi District and not in South District. Accordingly the ministerial order dated 22.02.2016 for transfer of the present matter to South District, Saket Court, is modified.
In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Court Complex, Delhi on 19.10.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
