Suit has been disposed of vide compromise decree dated 19.01.2016. Learned counsel for defendant No.2 submits that the original documents are required to complete the sale of the property.
There is no order for impounding of the documents. IA is allowed. The original documents filed by No.2 as per Anneuxre A at page 5 of the IA be returned to him after filing certified copies thereof.
Defendant No.2 / his learned counsel shall appear before the AR (O) on 15th March, 2016 for return of the original documents.
