Today learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a letter dated 9th November, 2016 issued on behalf of the Chief Security Commissioner, Southern Railway, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has reported for training on 5th November, 2016 and taken oath at the training centre on 5th November, 2016. A copy of the said letter is taken on record.
In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied.
