- I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. A quarrel had taken place at the spot over touching of two vehicles. Nature of injuries sustained by the victim is simple in nature. Main allegations are against accused Irshad who has been arrested and the country-made pistol has been recovered from his possession.
