Status report of the respondent/SDMC is taken on record. It is stated that demolition action against the aforenoted property i.e. property bearing No. S-6/4, Khasra No.427/260, village Jogabi, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi has already been initiated. It was taken on 19.10.2016. 3 RCC roof panels of ground floor and 4 RCC roof panels of first floor had been cut down; front window and walls of the floors were demolished; another demolition action was fixed for 16.11.2016. The same could not materialize because of nonavailability of police force. All further actions shall be taken in accordance with law. Next date for demolition has not yet been fixed but the learned counsel for respondent No. 1 under instructions states that the demolition program shall be taken to its ultimate goal. This statement of respondent No. 1 is noted and taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this statement shall be complied with in true
letter and spirit.
