The petitioner impugns the action of the respondents in deporting the petitioner every time he came to India. It is submitted by counsel for petitioner that petitioner has been deported on the basis of a list of blacklisted individuals. It is contended that the individual in the list by the name of "Amarjit Singh Chahal" is not the petitioner but somebody else who has been blacklisted by the respondents. It is contended that a representation had been made to the respondents on 25.11.2016 and a reminder sent on 03.08.2016, but

the same have not been decided.
The respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2016 read with the reminder dated 03.08.2016 within a period of six weeks. The petitioner would be at liberty to take such remedies as may be available in law in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of disposal of the representation.
The writ petition is disposed of in above terms.
